PRICES

The price is including breakfast and cleaning room.

Double “Yellow Iris” min. € 70,00 – max. €. 75,00

Double “Fiori di pesco” min €. 80,00 – max € 95,00, if booked as triple room: min € 110,00 – max € 130,00

Triple “Orchidea” min € 110,00 – max € 130,00, if booked as double room: min €. 85,00 – max € 95,00

Extra-bed: you can request the extra bed in each room of the farmhouse to be confirmed.

Breakfast is always included

Children: Children under the age of three years can stay free in parents bed, for children aged 4 to 12 pay €. 20,00 for person change for extrabed.

Supplements must be paid separately in the farm

TOURIST TAX

From 1 March 2012 to October 31, 2012 the town of San Gimignano has established the tax (Municipal Resolution n. 230/33 of Juny on 6, 2011.

The tax is levied on overnight stays for up to 5 consecutive nights and is €. 1,50 to person, are exempt from minors under the age of 12 years

The payment of tax is set at the amount of room

Booking and cancellation policy

RESERVATION: is required for booking a deposit of 30% of the rental to be paid by bank transfer. The balance will be carried out on site.

When the booking is confirmed you will receive an e-mail or fax confirmation that you that you will be presented upon arrival.

CANCELLATION: reservation will be subject to penalities cancelled:

• up 16 days from date of arrival the deposit will be refunded in full without problems.

• 15 days from the date of arrival the deposit will be forfeited

• No show or early departure , the deposit will not be refunded

• Any reduction of stay will be considered cancellations.

The deposit is not refunded will be used to stay on a farm within 6 months from the date of cancellation, subjects to availability

(the deposit is not refunded can be used to stay in farm within 6 months from the date of cancellation availability excepted.)
